A: 今天我们开会的主题是微信营销,会议由我来主持。我们目前已经通过了腾讯的审核,拥有了微信公众号。接下来,我们需要集思广益,看看如何运用微信来推广我们的产品。
jīntiān wǒmen kāihuì de zhǔtí shì wēixìn yíngxiāo, huìyì yóu wǒ lái zhǔchí. wǒmen mùqián yǐjīng tōngguò le téngxùn de shěnhé, yōngyǒu le wēixìn gōngzhònghào. jiēxiàlái, wǒmen xūyào jísīguǎngyì, kànkan rúhé yùnyòng wēixìn lái tuīguǎng wǒmende chǎnpǐn.
The topic of our meeting today is Weixin marketing and I will be conducting the meeting. Presently, we have already passed Tencent's verification and have an official account. Next, we need to pool our ideas to see how to use Weixin to promote our goods.
B: 有了公众号,当然最重要的是要订阅这个公众号的人。我觉得第一步需要在我们现有的宣传手段中植入公众号的信息。然后,通过二维码扫描、微博宣传等方式增加新的订阅。

In having an official account, of course the most important thing is the people that will subscribe to it. I think the first step is we need to incorporate information of the official account in our present methods of publicity. Afterwards, we can increase new subscriptions through ways like QR code scanning and Weibo publicity.
C: 那这个和微博有什么区别?当初我们花了很多精力来培育微博粉丝,现在再花精力来增加微信订阅会不会重复?
nà zhège hé wēibó yǒu shénme qūbié? dāngchū wǒmen huā le hěn duō jīnglì lái péiyù wēibó fěnsī, xiànzài zài huā jīnglì lái zēngjiā wēixìn dìngyuè huì bùhuì chóngfù?
Then what is the difference between this and Weibo? At the outset, we spent a lot of energy cultivating Weibo followers. Isn't it redundant to expend effort again now to increase Weixin subscriptions?
B: 微博主要是信息的发布,微信除了信息发布还可以更好地与用户互动。比如,我订阅了银行的微信公众号。在上面除了能收到银行的活动信息,还可以收到我的信用卡账单、还款情况等等。

Weibo mainly releases news. Besides releasing news, Weixin can also interact better with the user. For example, I subscribed to the bank's Weixin official account. Besides being able to receive information of the bank's activity on it, I also can receive my credit card statement, repayment situation ect.
C: 那我们的微信号里要添加什么功能呢?

Then what functions do we need to add to our Weixin account?
A: 既然是更加有针对性的营销,那么一定要绑定用户帐号。然后,应该让客户可以在微信里留言,由我们的客服来解答他们的问题。
jìrán shì gèngjiā yǒu zhēnduìxìng de yíngxiāo, nàme yīdìng yào bǎngdìng yònghù zhànghào. ránhòu, yīnggāi ràng kèhù kěyǐ zài wēixìn lǐ liúyán, yóu wǒmende kèfú lái jiědá tāmende wèntí.
Since it's even more focused marketing, then we need to bind the user's account for sure. After that, we should let the customer be able to leave messages on Weixin, and have our customer service answer their questions.
C: 精彩、实用的帖子也必不可少。我们要避免赤裸裸的推销,否则每天都看到推销广告,谁还愿意看我们的公众号?
jīngcǎi、 shíyòng de tiězi yě bìbùkěshǎo. wǒmen yào bìmiǎn chìluǒluǒ de tuīxiāo, fǒuzé měitiān dōu kàndào tuīxiāo guǎnggào, shéi hái yuànyì kàn wǒmende gōngzhònghào?
Brilliant, functional posts are indispensable. We need to avoid out-and-out promotion, otherwise if people see sales advertisements everyday, who will be willing to view our official account?
B: 微信也有在线商店,这个也要添加进去,方便用户购买。另外还可以搞一些活动,比如如果将我们的帖子分享在“朋友圈”或者推送给朋友,就可以积分之类的。

Weixin also has online stores which we also need to add in, as it is convenient for users to make purchases. In addition, we can also organize some activities; for example, if they share our posts on “Moments” or recommend them to their friends, then they could accumulate points and things like that.
