A: 这边开了!先放羊肉吧!
zhèbiān kāi le! xiān fàng yángròu ba!
This side is boiling! Put some mutton in first!
B: 好!鸳鸯锅总是辣的一边先开。
hǎo! yuānyangguō zǒngshì là de yībiān xiān kāi.
Okay! With the dual-broth hot pot, it's always the spicy side that boils first.
C: 快吃!羊肉煮老了就不好吃了。
kuài chī! yángròu zhǔ lǎo le jiù bù hǎochī le.
Hurry up and eat! If mutton cooks too long it doesn't taste good.
A: 嗯。放几块土豆进去。土豆熟得慢。再放点儿粉条。

I've got internal heat right now. I can't eat spicy foods.
C: 那边也开了。
nàbiān yě kāi le.
That side is boiling now too.
A: 太好了!我吃不辣的!

Great! I'll have some non-spicy stuff!
B: 冬天吃辣的最爽了。
dōngtiān chī là de zuì shuǎng le.
In the winter, eating spicy foods feels the best.
C: 就是!怕上火,喝王老吉!

Exactly! If you're worried about internal heat, drink Wang Laoji!
B: 这是我的饮料,你拿错了吧。
zhè shì wǒ de yǐnliào, nǐ ná cuò le ba.
This is my drink. You took the wrong one.
C: 你不早说!我已经喝了一口了!
nǐ bù zǎo shuō! wǒ yǐjīng hē le yī kǒu le!
